Annoying is your flawed logic. Yes, 97% of climate scientists (not 99%) believe “humans are primarily responsible for recent global warming.”

Now, what percentage of climate scientists would agree with your leap to “no measure is too drastic’ and “whatever the cost” is rational and responsible? What percentage of economists?

The cost of your “whatever the cost” has cost. That cost ultimately comes in the form of human lives. The cost of actions must be balanced against the cost of inaction. By your logic, lets consign billions of people to increased levels of poverty, increase deaths by tens of millions, to save exactly how many? That exactly how many number IS up to huge debate and constant change. Dramatically missed forecasts by scientific models.

Or, let’s take your “no measure is too drastic”. You want protesters in front of people’s homes. You want rallies for economic anarchy in the name of doing something dramatic.

So why not go all the way to “no meaure is too drastic”. Round up all the non-believers., put them in reeducation camps. Nuke countries that don’t comply.

I don’t find Greta annoying. She is just so narrowly focused, without the full depth of understanding of the implications of what she says. You, however, I do find annoying… I expect you are old enough to know better.
