It would be wrong for Texas, it would be wrong for Florida, it would be wrong for the civil war south. Why didn’t you use the US as an example?
Because it doesn’t work that way. Minority rights are protected. If 50.1% of Texans want to leave the Union and form a fascist state persecuting their minority citizens… no, would not happen.
