The majority of Republicans finally support same sex marriage. And many of the continued stragglers can have their minds changed.

One way is for them to have friends and acquaintances who are same sex couples. You have to do what you are comfortable with, but unless you are out in some extreme backwater, I believe you will have much more acceptance and support than you can imagine!
