Very nice read. However, it depends on how you are defining happiness. It might be helpful to look at as eudaimonic and/or hedonic. I have achieved the first after completely changing my life four years ago.

Is my happiness forever? Perhaps not, but I have been happy every single day for those four years. It is achievable, and for most people attainable. It can be a choice!
