Well this certainly got silly. You were talking about China and tossed this in.

China is so screwed because they DID control their population. One child policy, ultrasounds to weed out female babies, and their rapid industrialization left them with a population that will dramatically reduce over the next 20 years.

The retirement age increase is a necessary, but feeble attempt, to keep more workers working in China.

You mentioned France… they are the one country in Europe not screwed by demographics. Germany, the UK, Poland, etc also have huge pain coming… just not as bad as China.
